V0.4 Devlog

Hi everyone!

This is my first Devlog for List Of Names. This will be my first solo project using Unity. The game will be based on Pac-Man and Slenderman with a more friendly vibe. Here is everything I added since v0.3

• Added enemy concept called "Chaser"
• Fixed player movement being incredibly slow
